Default Traction control button missing

Ok, will perusing photos of other IS's, I'm seeing that some have some options and some don't BUT... the only buttons I thought (on the left side of our dash) were the rear sun screen or headlight washers. I see those two trade out often depending on the package that IS has but, I'm starting to see that some don't have a traction control button. How? How would a traction control button not be a permanent option?

Pretty sure it's because of 2006 models not having the traction control button which has resulted in the "pedal dance" to disable it.

2012+ models moved the traction control button to the left side of the steering wheel. Earlier models such as your 2011 will have it on the right side of the steering wheel instead, even earlier models such as the 2006 IS250 AWD did not have the button at all.

Now I'm more confused lol. I have an 11 and mines in the normal place (what I know is normal, which is among the three buttons on the left side of the dash) And the pictures I'm looking at are only 2011-2013 AWD models.

Can you post a picture of your interior? Both the buttons and further away including the climate control, etc.?

Ah ok... nevermind lol. I see what was happening. When scrolling along a list of cars from 2011-2013 I was seeing cars with all three buttons in place on the left, then seeing some cars with the right most button missing, and thinking how could that not be an option. It was going right over my head, sorry. That's what happens when you surf at midnight with no sleep. Thanks again.
