Default Wheel rubbing/growl

I have a 2006 IS250 awd and the car has been great car for the years that I've owned it however I am getting some major wheel noise that's been bothering me. Now I have a tire machine and balancer at my buddy's garage so I have confirmed it's not the wheels or tires or road noise (which I originally thought it was). Now funny thing is that the noise only happens when the car turns to the left which I'm hoping it's not due to the front differential. I thougut maybe it was something rubbing or wheel bearing however there is no indication that it's going bad. Car drives fine and still gets up to speed quickly, axles are in good working order no leaks or tears I'm the boot. And noises go away when I turn to the right or drive straight. Anyone ever had any issue like this?

Car is lowered on Megan coilovers at 26" to fender

It could be the disc brake dust shield rubbing against rotor when you turn. Does it sound like sheet metal scraping against metal?

With the mentioned AWD model with alot of lowering via the coilovers usually equals a bad CV joint inside the half shaft.
