JoeZ intake
I ordered one from Carson Toyota but later got an email saying they are discontinued for the IS250 and my order is cancelled. I also notice they have the intake pipe for the IS300, ISF and RCF.
Now my question is would any of those fit on my 2013 IS250?

Yeah the Joe Z is discontinued for the 2IS so you'll have to settle for the F-Sport one. Given that the engine variations are still the same in the 3IS as the 2IS(minus the IS300) I believe it should fit the 2IS as well... but I've read that the intake box is different between the 2IS and 3IS so you'll have to grab an F Sport one for that. Imo, save yourself the trouble and just get the F Sport system
