Hey guys, I was thinking about throwing on some aftermarket bulbs on my 06 is350 and whilst searching I ran to a couple things saying that Lexus bulbs are different and that you need specialty kits to do the conversion?

Excuse me if I sound oblivious as lights aren't my strongest suit. Essentially, I don't want to buy whole new headlights as they're still in good shape, I'd just like to switch the bulbs inside to get the bluish light and I'm looking for the best way to go.

Should be a simple swap,

do you want to change the color of your DLR's?? The parking light can be replaced by any 194 led bulb.

I swapped out my DLR's with these bulbs and they are okay but the high beam won't be as bright as stock.

I assumed I would have to do all 4 bulbs otherwise it'd look goofy with the bluish DLR?

 

4 bulbs?? there's only 3 in the headlight unless you are talking about the fog light as well. heres a link to another thread on here that will help you.

2 on each side. I wasn't aware there were three in there so technically it would be 6 lol... However, I actually did some more research and think I'm just gonna do an 8k HID swap on my Low Beams considering there wouldn't be anything necessary and would just be a simple bulb swap
