so i just bought these 2013 headlamp assys with the led strip and all used....and this (see picture) came with it. i have no idea where it might go or if i evern need it? if anyone has a clue, please inform me asap! lol thanks

 

You will need it to light up your LED strip whenever your ignition is on. Search for LED light retrofit on here

 

That's a fuse tap and the previous owner most likely used it to power the LED strip separate from the stock wiring harness - You said 2013 lights and if you have that (fuse tap) it leads me to believe that they were installed on a year other than 2013 as the lights are not plug and play. I have a set of re-wired 2012 LED's and I thought about using a fuse tap to have the lights come on with ignition as the re-wired versions require parking lights to be on
