Sport mode in IS350
#17
I was about to take a plunge for the 89650-53042isf steering ecu from myLparts.com ($700.55 shipped, actually it's only 651.67 but I have to pay tax since I'm also in CA). When I talked to a service manager at Lexus of Westminster, he doesn't seem to have any knowledge about calibrating the thing, stating that they haven't done it before which makes me hesitant to get one now. Anybody in my area (Orange County in CA) has done that himself or gone to a different dealer (Longo Lexus comes to mind but it's too far for a drive for me) to have it done? Please let me know. Thanks.

Correction: Perform EMPS Torque Sensor Adjustment.
Comment: Service Completed.

You can use this information when you speak with your service manager again (or ask him to speak to one of the Lexus Master Techs on this specific procedure).
Hope this helps!
