Default What do you call these ?

After a couple repair visits, I just found out that my is250's engine top cover is missing the parts that connect it to the top of the engine...

I am using this picture (from Joe Z) to show the missing parts:



What are name for these connecting parts? and where can i re-order them?

Those "parts" are a molded part of the cover itself. In fact, a portion of one of mine broke off one time and I had to plastic weld it back together.

I think it's from the combination of age and engine heat.
