DIdn't realize the 3.5 adapter needs to be plugged in to the HU as I was under the impression from this post and from Beat-Sonic that there was no connection to the HU necessary, so that being said I was able to program it, thx again for your help.

Hmm, I dont remember plugging the 3.5 into my HU, in fact I ran an aux extension from it to my 12v in the center console.

Although now that I'm thinking really hard about it there may have been a 3.5 specifically for the SW control but I'm not 100% on that.

Sorry for the confusion!
