IS250 AWD Automatic transmission problem

IS250 AWD Automatic transmission problem
Hello all,
I have a IS250 AWD from 2007 transmission automatic.
10 minutes after start engine, position of the gearbox from the dashboard disappear, on in dashboard appear error Check Engine and VSC.
If I connect the tester I have error U0101 Lost communication with TCM.
If i stop engine and start in the next day the error disappear from dashboard, but after another aprox 10 minutes engine run the error appear again.
When appear the error the car run very bad, gearbox goes wrong, do not change speeds well.
Gear lever position, the board appears and disappears .
Please help me.
