Hey guys, I have a 2007 IS250 with about 129,xxx miles. I recently change from Toyota conventional oil to Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil about the end of May. Today I got a oil maintenance required light. I believe my oil is burning up??

 

"Oil maintenance required" has nothing to do with your oil level. It's just a 5,000 miles since last reset reminder. I'm guessing that you forgot to reset it when you changed the oil. (instructions are in the FAQ thread stickied to the top of the forum)

If you were burning oil you'd get a "LOW OIL" warning.
