Okay, so update. I ordered a set of hub rings from Wed wheels NA. They're not made by weds, but sold by them. Not aluminum but plastic. I noticed the rings when put onto the hun have a little play not super snug. The rings I bough are 73mm-60.06mm. Asked for 60.1 but that's what I got. Anyways, the 73mm to the wheel bore fits snug and as others have said I had to use a rubber mallet to snug it into the wheel. The old rings went right in without any effort. Well driving around and I'm getting the same effect. I've had my wheels balanced twice. The second time they found all the wheel was still out of balance. I've heard of people swearing by some fancy wheel balance machine that i hear 168 motoring has. I'm going to try it. But do you think that's all that it could be? These are brand new wheels on brand new tires, now on brand new hub rings... I'm not feeling this vibration thing....

Did they balance the wheels with the rings on? Also make sure they take off the old weights and not just add more on top of the old ones.

Yes sir. I called Weds and was told that if the shop had ordered my wheels hubcentric to my car then I wouldn't need the rings. It was an option the shop didn't do. Yours very well may be hubcentric to your car. I'm hoping the alignment is off only...

They are not i bought them used pretty sure they are 73.1 cause they are alot bigger than stock hubs.
