Default Headlight PROBLEM 2nd time!

Changed ballast in passenger side headlight. Got it off ebay for $60, description said it was brand new OEM Denso ballast. Noticed that light was less bright than the driver side one. Then in about a 1.5 weeks light stopped working again. But it didn't turn on for a second and then shut off like it was previous time. It didn't work at all. Changed a bulb (took out an exploded bulb) and still no result. Is it a ballast or something else?

It's probably easiest to swap the ballast from the working one to the nonworking one to troubleshoot. That way you can determine if ballast or bulb

This wouldn't help! I've tried putting 2 new Philips bulbs there with same outcome. Swapping ballast from 1 headlight to another will be more pricey than getting new one.
Thanks for reply though

Ballast power wire wasn't changed. Can it be that wire?
