Default 07 IS350 P0305 code

How often is it the coils? Scared to drive it to the shop and wait until Monday for a full diagnosis...
Also, anyone know the cylinder numbering? I'm assuming cylinder 5 is deep in passenger side.

I think I've narrowed it down slightly... Only during cold starts it will throw that code. New spark plugs, new coil, recalls done... I'm lost now. Car runs perfectly fine. It only stutters for a split when starting and that's it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
