Sad day in the lexus world for me...... i got into a bad accident. I was driving 40 mph, and some lady turned from the left lane going eastbound while i was going westbound turning into a shopping center, she turned in front of me not giving the right of way from ongoing traffic, i saw her in front of me and i slammed on the brakes to avoid a collision..... but it was too late........... My airbags didnt deploy,

I would necessarily call that totaled. Just because you lost your coolant doesn't mean the car is now undriveable. From those pics it looks like a minor front end collision especially since your air bags didn't blow. It definitely sucks but it was definitely worse for the other party.
oh yeah for sure it was going to be totaled. basically needs a whole new front end, side fender, not to mention all the things inside too which we can't see. headlights and fog lights are unexpectedly expensive too
Sorry to say it, but it's probably best that way that they totaled it. See if you can purchase the car back from the insurance company at a serious discount and either part it out or fix it.
