Help!! Fluid..

I'm replacing the axle seal for my lexus is250 and also wanted to flush out the fluid in the differential and add new fluid but not sure which kind I put in. Will it be transmission or gear oil? Also where would the fill plug be located? Thanks! If anyone can help that'll be great!

Though I highly recommend doing your own research on this, I believe what I used to re-fill mine was Lucas HD gear oil off-the-shelf.
