Default I'm getting the ZLA fix done!!
I'm so happy. I bought my 2009 IS250 with the knowledge that I'd probably be stuck nursing the engine throughout its life with the oil-additive to keep the carbon problem at bay. But when I took my car to the local dealer to fix a door-actuator, they ran the test, and asked if they could keep the car to do the ZLA fix! YES!!! I love this company!!

Others here can give you a better description of it, but it's the carbon buildup issue on the IS250 of certain years that cause it to run rough.

Hahaha. True. But this was arranged yesterday. It's real and I'm very happy and impressed with Lexus.
