Default Smog check with code 2757

I have a 2006 is250. Recently the code pops up with the usual vsc and engine light on the dash. The car is due for registration and requires a smog check.
My question becomes : will it pass the smog check with this problem?
Will it pass if I turn the lights off with a scanner right before the smog check inspection?

That code is for the torque converter in the transmission, one of the solenoids is bad.

If you reset the code before going in for the inspection, you probably won't pass because the monitoring system will not be in a "ready" state.

Thanks for the heads up, I appreciate the response. Do you have an idea, on how challenging it is to replace the solenoid? Or how much would the repair be at shop by any chance?

The solenoids are on the inside of the transmission, mounted in the valve body. While some dis-assembly is necessary, I've never done it so I don't know how hard or easy it might be.

It's quite easy. Just taking off your pam and it's right there? Hold in place by 10mm bolt
