Update: The short shifter is in...
I did the transmission fluid at the same time (all that grinding I wanted some clean fluid in there) went with Lucas transmission fluid and some synchromesh and the difference is night and day. Still grinds ever so slightly once and a while from 1st to 2nd, but the grinding from 2nd to 3rd is completely gone. TBH its much better then i expected. Short Shifter is amazing, it is tighter, more precise and I'm enjoying driving it much more now.
I recommend this shift kit if you hate the feel of your manual is250 and definitely do the fluid as well.

Tried calling my local Lexus dealer, and they informed me they don't have it - obsolete part ( think that's already mentioned on this thread), but none in Toronto or Vancouver.
Anyone have any suggestions where to grab one of these kits within GTA, or even US with shipping to Canada?
Thanks,

Looking for FSport Quick Shifter PTR46-53080!!!!
Hopefully someone may check this thread but I am looking for a FSport Quick Shifter, PTR46-53080. I have called all of my local Lexus dealers and have call OEM warehouses in Cali, Texas, Florida and New Jersey and no one has this part anymore.
Does anyone have an suggestions on a short shifter that would fit a Lexus IS 250 2008? I just had to replace my clutch for a SECOND time at 111,000 miles :-( No bueno!
Really Really looking to have better shifting....

This part is discontinued and no longer produced with no stock left. The only ones you can find are used.
It would be pretty easy to have the part made to be honest, however the tricky part is the extended rubber boot. If someone could mold that, I could have these (or even better) quickshifter kits made again.
I may look into having that done at some point, I'm sure some 3D printing place can do a flexible material for the boot or similar. As I said, getting the metal pieces done up would be no problem at all.

Should have known
Jeff, thanks for that. If you are able to make at least the metal peace I'd be willing to buy that for starters. I really need a short shifter. I know that is what will really help to make my clutch last with the better shifting
