I'm pretty sure all of Lexus/Toyota products use the NAV-tech (?) brand discs. I know their are model specific, but don't think the sub model would come into play. For example a 4cyl SE Camry disc would work in a V6 XLE Camry. I think it would work from 350 to F and vice versa...

pattatted4 is wrong, the discs are not model specific. It goes by generation; all 2IS cars with DVD discs use GEN5 nav; and the disc from my car would work in any other GEN5 Toyota, Lexus or Scion, even hybrids like the Prius which have those funky energy monitor screens.
