Default Lexus 5.0 Conversion

I own a 2007 is250 and I'm wanting to go bigger with the engine size. I'm looking to find a 5.0L GS f engine with an AWD tranny to swap to my Is. Does anyone know a good way to come across one and if it would even be a possible build to follow through with?

You're probably better off selling your IS and buying the GS-F. It's still a new car so finding a used engine will be hard and if you do it will cost an arm and a leg. Then you will have to buy more parts to get everything to fit nicely in the engine bay and work all together, plus the labor cost and etc.

Yeah I might just go with an RC 350 F if I buy a new one. I just like the body style of the 2nd Gen. I really want to do a 2JZ swap but the Engine and Wiring work that would need to be accomplished for everything to function properly would take a lot of time, patience, and money.
