I've noticed that my is250 rpm's shake when car is at a complete stop. Needle moves slightly non stop and makes car shake slighty. any ideas what it could be?

carbon build up issue probably, there is a 9 year, unlimited mile warranty at the dealer for this. it was a csp released some time ago, the dealer with do a top engine clean and replace piston rings i believe. call the service extension of your dealer and ask about it

 

I had the recall done to it like about a year ago on the carbon build up so im not sure if they'd still check up on that?

 

mine was done in 2013 as well, still a problem. the recall is just a band aid fix, the problem is due to our engines being solely direct injection so as long as you have that engine it will be a problem. they do replace piston rings and things which will slow it down but it still occurs. you should have top engine cleaning done. look up "direct injection carbon buildup" on google

 

i had the carbon build up done but still happened so they also replaced my pistons maybe take it back in and see if they can replace them.

 

This is a known issue and Lexus changed the engine design in 2013 to have have manifold injection when the car is cold.

My symptoms are also I get MIL, and VSC disabled lights. I used "OBDLink MX+ OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner for iPhone, Android, and Windows" (available on amazon) to pull codes and data logs: RPM, location Coolant temp...

I also forwarded the case to https://www.krinsklaw.com/contact and https://mccunewright.com/contact-us/ who have had class actions against Lexus and Toyota.
