Default 2006 is350: Need help with headlight issues

So I bought a 2006 is350 which came stock with the factory halogen headlights. I bought it with a HID kit and I have been having issues with it since I bought it. (Intermittently turning off and such). I'm getting sick of it and quite frankly I don't really even like how the lights look anyway, so I have two questions. Or two scenarios, really.

1: If I wanted to get rid of the hid kit and go back to stock bulbs, would I need to do anything other than buy bulbs and remove the kit? And where would you recommend to buy them?

2: If I wanted to replace the housing and everything to something like this ( http://www.protuninglab.com/20leisisfhal1.html?utm_source=googlepepla&utm_medium=adwords&id=140846687338)
Would it just be plug and play, or would I have to modify anything or buy new bulbs or anything? I have little experience so bear with me... I'll answer questions you might have to clear things up. Thanks!

Question #1 What brand are the hid kit? I'm guessing is the kit itself have problem causing it go on and off. Or try run relay harness but get a quality set of hid kit like from xenon depot.
Question #2 those headlight r popular on CL it's plug and play since u have factory halogen. U don't need to buy anything just swap it and u r good to go.
