Default 2006 is350 resonator delete?

I see alot of guys that have resonator deletes with their IS350's i want my car to sound more aggressive, but a full exhaust is too expensive at the moment but eventually when i save up a couple grand ill buy a full exhaust, is a resonator a good option? and is it going to effect the car in a negative way? what is the general cost for that modification? thank you

Stock Exhaust won't sound good with resonator deleted. If you want aggressive sound at low cost, the best option is muffler deleted. I meet a guy running on that set up and sound good but it's little loud for me but it's good for you!

I cant say i agree with Whitebeast ^^

I had resonator delete on my exhaust for a few months till I purchased my Tsudo. At first i didnt notice a thing, only that the cabin noise was a little louder . But after a few days its like the car got used to it or something and i was able to hear it better. Bascically the car got a little louder and it was definitely better than stock IMO. Since stock has almost ZERO sound lol. In my opinion its worth it although it may sound a little tiny bit raspy to some. But i think its good for the $40 i paid. Afterwards I bought the f sport intake box which is essentially just a stock airbox with a hole in it and the inside shaved and thar really helped the engine sound much deeper at 3k rpm and up. For that I paid about $60 or so if i recall correcrly from the now Shut down site Sewell.com

All in all i liked what I had. As a matter of fact I STILL have the resonator gone and intake box along with my Tsudo exhaust and to me its sounds Perfect The muffler delete on the other hand?? Too loud and annoying honestly for a lexus. But i generally hate Muffler Deletes on ANY car Theres a guy around here with that setup and i honestly hate it. And so will your neighbors lol.

Good luck, and hopefully this helped make your decision easier
