I have a 07 is250. When I turn on my factory HID low beams the passenger side Amber parking light next to the low beam turns off. If I turn off the low beams the light turns back on. Can't be a fuse because the driver side works. Any advice?

 

Swap the bulb with the other side and see if the problem follows it. If it does, get a new bulb.
