Default reverse problem

newbe here in this forum, please help, I have problem with my 2007 Lexus IS250 when in reverse I fell no power even when I press the gas in full throttle in uphill. I Have a VSC light coming on and traction control light. I have a problem with my trans. but it seems new to me. because there no power in reverse mode only. I work in san Francisco and it take me a while when I'm doing a parallel parking,

Try to turn off traction control when you're reversing only to see if that helps. Maybe there is something wrong with the car, but I don't live in those uphill places, so I don't know if that's normal or not.

Do you only have this problem on steep hills or on flat surfaces as well? If all of the time, then you've got a slipping trans. Time for a good, used replacement trans.

Now I've got the same problem lol
No power at all in reversing and there's no chance in hell it would reverse on a hill.
Would that mean a complete auto-transmission switch?
