Console 12V Outlet is blowing 15 Amp Fuses, nothing plugged in
Hey guys,

I have an issue, that I need your help to troubleshoot:
My front 12V outlet is blowing the fuses without anything plugged in (as soon as I start the car). All I had was a speed radar connected to it previously.
Details:It blew out before when I had a phone charger in there. I replaced the fuse and plugged the phone charger into the other outlet in the arm rest compartment. Plugged in my speed radar into the front outlet, worked for 3 months, but now blowing out without anything plugged in. The arm rest compartment is working fine (6months no blowing out).
All I have tried so far is 6 different fuses (all 15 amp) to make sure it wasn't a faulty fuse. Not how to go about troubleshooting more, I don't know much about electrical systems.
Would appreciate any input!

Electrical problem. I'd suggest you take it into an independent auto repair shop that specializes in electrical work. My guess is you have a short someplace that's tripping your fuse.
