Unhappy low beam out - replacement?

I did some looking, but was unable to find an answer on the forum. I think it probably has been answered but need to resolve this tomorrow. I have a low beam out. (2008 IS 350 Sport Pkg) It has the moving headlights. What replacement do I need, and is there a thread that shows/tells how to replace it? I was just unsure because I see so many threads talking about all this stuff that has to be upgraded to use this, that, and the other. I basically just want to replace it - not upgrade necessarily. I only want to replace the bulb. Is the below the correct part? Also, do I need to replace the high beams? They are a different color. It is more like a warm white vs bright white as the low beams are. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need a D4S bulb. If you are doing just one then i recommend you get OEM 4300K so it matches the other side.

Thanks. My book says low beam is H11, while the high beam is a 5 or 6 digit number. I will see what I can find. Is it hard to replace? I was unable to get the existing bulb out to look at it. I am hoping that I can find a youtube or something. The book could just be wrong. It says the low/high beam is DS4. I think I must be wrong because the low stays on when high comes on. Also .. let me ask this questions. The high beam is a warm white while the others are bright white. Is this normal, or should both be white? I purchased this vehicle back in December used. (08 is350) so I guess it is possible that the owner did not put correct bulbs in. I was just curious.

Also, would there be much difference in 4300K and 4150K?

First u need to figure out if ur car is equipped with oem hid. Does ur headlight move left and right when u turn? Up and down is just auto leveling but left and right is afs which only equipped with stock hid. Or u can just pop the bulb out and look it only takes 2 mins. There's a youtube video for how to remove the bulb. If ur car have oem hid then u need to figure out is the bulb bad or the ballast. U can just switch the bulb to the other side and see if the problem changes side if it change side then is ur bulb but if it stay at the same side then is ur ballast.
