Default Navigation DVD drive won't insert DVD

I tried to update my Navigation DVD. Follow every step on the menu and everything seem easy.
I'm able to eject the old navigation DVD than it ask me to insert DVD which I did but the drive won't insert the DVD in.
First I tried to turn off the car to try again and it show the same screen insert DVD and it still won't eat the DVD.
Finally I tried to turn off the car by take out the battery connection but this made even worse. Now the screen telling me "A program cannot be read. Please consult to a dealer". See below picture.
Does anyone have this issue before? If yes, do you have any solution to fix it? Or the only way to fix it is take it to dealer?
I could guess dealer will charge a lot or they properly will tell me you need to replace a new drive.
I tried to look around the internet and only find people have issue with eject the DVD but don't see anyone have insert DVD issue. Seem like I'm the only one have this issue.

Have you tried re-inserting the old NAV disc? Did you purchase a TRUE, OEM NAV disc or a burned copy?

I did try to put the original DVD back but it won't insert the DVD in. Yes the DVD is OEM.

whitebeast thank your and really appreciate for your offer to help but I was accidendly fixed the issue.
I was touch my screen to select music and some how it activate the DVD drive and let me insert the DVD. Now everything work fine and my navigation is up to date.
