Default Replacing/Programing new TPMS sensor into is250 2007

So one of my sensors went bad. I had a local shop scan the wheels and he found the bad one. I just ordered a spare used one off ebay for $10 (supposedly slightly used, wish the sensor had a manufacturing date so you know how long the battery has...). I was planning on program the new ones in myself with the toyota techstream cable but ebay sellers indicate me that its not compatible with is250 2007 -.- Is this true? If not, please tell me which software version I would if any specific one. Also, what other options do I have besides stealership? I already paid $40 to get the wheels scanned hoping the techstream would work but now im back to the drawing board...

No links to pirated software please, as per site rules.

You need a tire shop to dismount, remount and balance the tire on the affected rim in order to install the new sensor anyway. If you choose a shop with a TPMS programming tool to do this work, they'll likely take care of the re-programming at little or no additional charge.

Sorry did not know it was considered pirated... Though the software was free of use to the public.

Problem is Puerto Rico tire shops dont seem to have this tools. And the only one i found that it had the tool did not know how to use it so did not offer the programming service -.- Hence why I am looking to do it myself. Does sams tire services offer this? I have tried calling but not getting answer -.- terrible customer service days lol
