I've never used the sunshade in my 10' IS 350.
Memory seats are great if you have more then one person driving the car so you can setup 2-3 driving positions. It includes the steering wheel, seat, lumbar support and driver side mirror. You can even tag them to the 2 fobs (keys) you will get with the car so it knows which driver is which.
I had an 08 that had a stock stereo and it is still very good. My 2010 has ML which sounds excellent.
