Knock Sound at Low RPMS
I have been noticing lately that when I start moving in first gear, if I let the clutch out at a normal speed, without giving the gas a little tap to raise the rpms, there is a knocking sound coming from the engine. Just one knock and I do not hear it again. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Again, it is only if I am lower in my rpms from a stop. If i give it a little gas before letting out the clutch it does not do it.

I should have mentioned. A little over 72,000 on the engine and less than 2000 on the clutch. Noticed the noise before the new clutch but assumed it part of the clutch issue when I got that replaced.
