Default Parts help

My car needs some fixing. (2006 IS250AWD)

What is a reliable place to get some of the necessary parts? I used to look at sewell, but that site is gone.

I need to have my cv boot/rear axle of my passenger side fixed. It is leaking grease. I think my driver side is ok, but could be something in the future to look at.

Also, my exhaust pipe has several slits in it. I will need to get a y-pipe and cataylitic converters. I know the y-pipe is expensive, but not sure where I could find one not at the dealer. What about having a shop weld it? i'm assuming that would save me money?

Also need to fix the window plastic trim, which i know its about $50 for both sides and then the clips.

Looks like time for a new car, dont want to spend thousands to fix the car when its value could not be much more.
