I have an 08 is250 and my interior is this dull gray color and I want to go vip but before I do that I want either a cream colored interior or black so I can match it with other things, the gray just doesn't do it for me, where could I get this done and how much would it cost? Does a dealership do it?

 

The dealer does not do that. Most of the stuff they do they send out to an upholstery shop. You'll need to go to one and maybe bring pics of what you want done. I had some things done and cost me 2k. you can spend 5K on a full interior with 2 tone. I had the red suede on the seats, door panels, all pillars, headliner, and shift boot.
