I have 2006 is250 and when I turn on headlights the button lights around nav, radio, and stereo do not come on. I looked in the manual I can not find exactly which fuse it would be. The speedo lights up so its just all other.

Start by checking the dimmer switch?

 

Not the dimmer first thing I tried brightness changed on gauges but zero light from switches. I just don't know exactly which fuse controls that I will have to pull them all.
