Private dealer or CPO? If CPO you should be fine for the first year. I recommend getting an extended warranty to be safe.

I had to get the following things fixed 2-3 years after purchasing. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty. I have an 07 purchased in 2010. You probably won't experience below as they probably fixed it in newer models.

Nav screen failed est cost $6000. Replaced by warranty
ball bearing issue est cost $600. Fixed by warranty.
Dead fuse for arm rest aux port I think this was an easy cheap fix.
Cracked/brittle drip moldings I complained to corporate and got replacements for free. Parts about $150
Dead LED light on speedometer needles. Warranty replaced my whole cluster.
Melting dash: not sure if this affects newer models.
Water pump had to be replaced. Heard a flushing sound behind the dash.

Hope this helps. Like I said above, you might not have/get these issues since you're looking at '11-'13. Good luck and enjoy if you decide to purchase! I still love my car even after all of that lol.

Go for a 12 so that you have some warranty left to get anything that needs to be fixed taken care of.
