Anyone running 19" 30 series tires on their setups
Hey what's up. I was just wondering if anyone on here is running 30 series tires on their rides while using 19" wheels. I know ccdan ran 255 and 275 setups on 30 series but just seeing if I can get input on others with these setups. I'm running 225/245 on a 35 series tire but looking to go with a wider tire and lower series tire

anything you do will look nice.....You will have a little bit more harsh of a ride with the thinner side walls....but then again I don't know if you guys have crappy roads like here in the Northeast so it may not make a difference

I have 265/30 on my rear... I wanted 275/35 but honestly the ride with the current is fine. On my old GS i had 265/30 as well and no issues. I personally like the 35 thicker sidewall but last two times still ended up in a 30. If the rest of your suspension isn't in order though I doubt a 30 vs. 35 series would even be noticeable. I asked a long time member here the same question.
I wanted 235/35/19 F and 275/35/19 R
Ended up with 225/35/19 and 265/30/19 cause I got a stupid cheap deal on tires. No complaints but still curious about my original plan.

I just went from 275/30/19 on a 10" rim to a 265/35/19. The ride is a bit better with the 35 and the look is good in the fenders.
Americas tire wouldn't sell me a 265/30 for my car. They said it did not have the right weight rating for my ISC. Had to get the 265/35

Just replaced my 265/30/19 rears with 275/30/19. Both were Michelin PSS. Discount tire would not sell me the 265 because they said it could not support the weight of the car. Just an FYI......

Called index load, printed on the tire, which the tires are not recommended to install BUT you can always go to a powder coating (wheel) shop and they'll hook it up. I can have Americas tire install my fronts but not my rears.
