My sister's IS was involved in a hit and run and now we need to replace her 2008 IS250 front bumper.

I wanted to upgrade to a newer model front bumper that is a direct replacement of her existing one.

Would you be able to recommend a direct replacement of a newer front bumper?

What do you mean by newer?

You can upgrade to a 2011-2013 front bumper. This will be a direct replacement. But you will need the following 2011-2013 parts:

Headlight brackets
Front upper grille
Front lower grille
Grille surround
Fog lamps
Fog lamp covers

Not sure if I missed any parts off the top of my head.
