is hks market a good consumer to buy from? I just found them and idk the price is pretty cheap compared to other websites

 

They do offer the HKS exhaust for the IS350 about $60 < any other price I've seen. Call they and talk to them to figure out how legit their operation is. No BBB info.

 

I would stay away from any website using an anonymous proxy identity service to not disclose their ownership information.
Any legitimate company should not need to do this.
