Default IS security light issue

2008 Lexus is250
Is there any way to reset the security system light without taking to dealership. I think it has gone into a security mode that won’t allow car to start. Security light blinks constantly & car fires but won’t start. After trying to start the car instrument panel goes black. When you push button again car goes straight into accessory mode. After waiting approximately 30 min the car will try to fire again and repeat this process. Also, I put an OBD2 reader on car and it has no error codes prior to trying to start but after attempting to start it loses connection with the OBD port. This has to be a security issue right. Seems like the car thinks it’s stolen and has disabled the fuel pump etc. How do I reset the thing? I have tried key in door trick, removed fuse and replaced (which oddly didn’t make light go off), and unhooked battery for extended period. Please give me an Idea because I am 1 hr away from dealership and that will be one expensive tow.
Thank you in advance

Have you try jumping the car? It could be a battery issue -- the car will do very weird things when it's very low on battery.
