front diff oil change questions
1. Can I use mobil 1 75W-90 synthetic gear lube LS? This is GL-5 rated.
2.What tool would you recommend for removing fill plug? I read its 14mm hex head.
3. Can I fill the front diff trough the drain plug if need be? Its messy but I seen it done on european cars.

2.What tool would you recommend for removing fill plug? I read its 14mm hex head. Use a 14mm hex key! If you need additional leverage, use a deep well socket on a socket extension bar.

Drain through drain bolt hole, and fill through the fill bolt hole. If there is no fill bolt hole, yes...you can do it through the drain.
