Default Lowering 2010 IS250 AWD

I recently purchased H&R high performance springs for my Lexus and was wondering if anyone has any guidea to how to lower it yourself. My local shop is charging overy $400 for the service and I'm pretty handy with cars myself but it would be nice to have a guide handy.

u mean, sport springs?

$200 is the ballpark for lower spring install in Ontario...BC shouldn't be much different

it's not hard to do but takes time and you need a spring compressor...also if anything down there is seize, gl..

Yeah I meant sport springs. I'll have to do some homework on it but it would be nice to have a video to refer to.
