Lightbulb Must-have accessories/customizations for stock IS250

I just purchased a 2010 IS250 AWD and I'm falling in love more and more every time I drive it. And I'm just starting to realize what a large community the ClubLexus really is!

So, since my IS250 is all stock, I was wondering what you think are some must-haves for any car. For example, I think all-weather floor mats are an absolute must. Also, I just read about (and already ordered) the Steering Damper from Sewell which I think is a great deal to improve drivability for less than $40:

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

I used to have a remote start on my previous car and I loved it. But I don't like carrying yet another key fob and I do love the keyless experience on my new IS (lights turn on when I'm close, lock/unlock from the door, etc.).

I hope to post some photos soon...

I think most people would recommend an intake. You can get the fsport intake which from Sewell, login with your clublexus username for discount. it gives 5ph and great sound. if you want a cheaper option you can just do do Joe Z intake tube (for 5hp gain), and cut a hole in lower part of air box (for sound).

F Sport REAR SWAY BAR is a MUST HAVE for our cars. This is the best bang of the buck for handling performance upgrade. It reduces body roll tremendously. There is a whole thread dedicated to this.

F SPORT intake. This gives ~5 HP and best bang of the buck for HP increase.

HID headlight and foglight.

The above are probably must have There are whole tons of other good mods lol. Let the mod bug begins woo hoo

Hey man not everyone needs the 100 extra horsepower. We get that they're slower, thats beating a dead horse(power, )

That is right :P The IS250 is more than capable on the street. You don't need so much HP on the street because there are still plenty room before you actually hit the IS250 limit on the street. I daily my IS250 and track with the IS350 I love both cars. Happy new year.

Drop 2inch+ > Intake > Exhaust Axle back and if you want Mid Pipe combo and your a happy damm camper. Good luck on trying not to get a speedy ticket. Because I sure did ! way to end the year.

Are you more concerned with performance, luxury, or looks?

Will the regular rear sway bar work on an AWD IS?

The RWD and AWD rear sway bars are interchangeable provided all the parts (correct brackets and bushings) are also used. Only the front bars have different mounting points and bar shape differences.
