Question camber parts awd is250

Hey!
I was just wondering, why is everyone so worried about toe after lowering if factory toe is adjustable?
Im thinking I may just look into a camber kit if toe components arent necessary. (Thinking I might drop 3").
Looking at spc ball joints(front) , and Figs mega arms(rear).

Also, I understand that factory camber is not adjustable, so how does adding an aftermarket "arm" make it adjustable? Does the arm itself have the ability to change, but an oem arm does not?

Thinking of doing a diy for all of this stuff, and Ive heard that spc balljoints up front can be a bit difficult... Anyone have any experience?
