So I added HID kits to my 06 a while back and to be honest was never satisfied with the output . Now i'm just frustrated with them . The output and beam is just **** poor . I dont know if its just the focal point of where the gas tube is in reference to where the original filament is meant to be , or the actual projector is just junk . I have Factory housings with aftermarket HID kit . Over the past 4 years I have replaced the kit due to flickering and such but always have had the same output .

Anyone else notice the same thing or have similar problems? Am I just coming down to have to do a retrofit or adding an actual OEM hid housing to receive better results ? I haven't seen anyone busting down a factory housing and rebuilding/retrofitting the low beam with any aftermarket projectors .
