Took a recording of the sound.

Started the recording when I was around 35 - 40 mph. Consistent speed for the first 12 seconds since it's loudest around those speeds. Start slowing down after 12 seconds and you can hear it fade into the road noise.

Had my tires checked and rebalanced. Kid said no issues with the tires.

Tried the "bearings" test by lightly swerving left and right to see if it changed the sound but didn't really notice a difference.

Still stumped.

Is it like a low freq tone inside the cabin? I had a similar issue when I owned a 2002 Camry, turned out my tranny was all messed up on the inside. CV joints at the time were also shot. Also is there noise once you get 60+

My problem was the tires being choppy.
What I mean by choppy is that every other thread, one would have more thread than the other. So the tire is high low high low high low per section. I am checking to see if it's just cheap tires, or it has something to do with my toes.

My dad had the same issue on his LS years ago. He was running Goodyear at the time. Never happened with Dunlop or Bridgestone.

Road noise is fixed now with the tires replaced?
And any idea of that noise that I'm hearing is the same as yours?

I think I had the same problem but it was a tire issue. It was low on air pressure. I took it into Les Schwab and they did an air check. After I left and drove off, the noise disappeared. I'm glad you found the solution!
