Default Navigation black out (not touchscreen problem)

The navigation unit on my IS350 suddenly black out. This is not the common touchscreen or frozen screen problem that people have. The music is off, sometimes it is on. AC no longer work. I have done some researches about possible fix and come up with the following:
1. Fuses are bad (will test)
2. Alternator is bad (probably not)
3. Battery is bad (definitely not)
4. Resetting the battery (will try)
5. Resetting the ECU (will try)

Anymore idea?
1. Replacing the navigation with Flyaudio unit works or not??
More ideas please. Thanks.

Is yours the Navigation having the word "Mark Levinson" in it? If not, does anyone know if this is compatible with the ML version? How much are you selling this? Can you please post picture of the unit please and tell me the condition of it. Thanks.

Sounds familiar to me too. Seems to be a fairly large issue. I really hope they can start recalling the units soon! I made my issues known to Lexus USA and several dealerships in my area.

Thanks. Do you know how much is the parts that you need? I'm also afraid that shipping back and forth from Greece to USA will be costly for both of us

to OP:
I would go with eBay guy Gville350 suggested.
Another member and Myself had the same issue and he was able to fix the problem.
Probably cheapest and fastest route.

A seller from Ebay wants 631$ for these parts but if I buy them from there I have to pay 55$ for shipping which is great but he also wants to pay 190$ for import charges.Thats why I need to find someone there ,buy them for me and send them VIA USPS as a gift so that I can avoid Greek custom.I wish I had someone there to find all these parts for me as cheap as he could and send them to me.I don't care if it's new.Anyway I m not sure if the navi unit will work in USA.I m in Europe and the navi is in English ofcourse but I m not sure if it will have a problem. If someone knows for sure

^I spoke with that ebay seller in Cumming, GA via text a few times when I had my NAV outage, and he was going to be quite accommodating; he was even going to allow me to drop it off in-person if I wanted to and watch what he does. I ended up getting lucky and found a local used '08 NAV unit for about the same price; so I went that route instead with positive results.
