Default Adding on backup camera with oem look (for those without nav)

I am a proud new owner of a 07 is250 awd, silver, 48k miles. I love the car, I will have a thread on it in a later time. In light of the fact that I do not have nav, and thus, no back up camera, I would like to add one to my car! I will be moving to Philadelphia in the next week or two and want to install a back up camera.

My question is this: has anyone/does anyone have any experience with using an 'add on' camera from amazon or ebay that was successful? If so, can you post a picture of your set up? I am not trying to put extra holes into the car.

Due to my limited time frame, I am thinking about getting this camera
<<http://www.amazon.com/Esky-EC170-06-Smallest-Waterproof-Rearview/dp/B00GSFIJS6/ref=pd_sim_auto_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0PQG69W8F91DZ15P5SPW>>
and screwing it into the licence plate housing. There will be two screws and a pass through, through the plate lighting. I am going to get a replacement one as backup.

I have thought of the licence plate ones, but I cant seem to understand how I would discreetly wire it into the car without drilling a hole into the car.

Then I will have to wire it to the reverse light and then snake it to the front of the car and connect it to a screen, either GPS or small tv.

I would love to hear peoples thoughts/experiences.

I used one from ebay, where you drill into the trunk and it looks OEM.

I use this:
Amazon.com: Vission AM-CAM12 Black Miniature Surface Mount Rearview Camera: Automotive Amazon.com: Vission AM-CAM12 Black Miniature Surface Mount Rearview Camera: Automotive

However this looks even better:
Amazon.com: Vission AM-CAM14 Black Miniature Surface Mount Rearview Camera: Automotive Amazon.com: Vission AM-CAM14 Black Miniature Surface Mount Rearview Camera: Automotive
Quality is about the same. difference was $30

Thanks pmanliu and liqB for the feedback. I dont want to make any new holes in my trunk.

I found a sweet thread for an Acura TL where the guy used the same camera that I bought.
http://tl.acurazine.com/forums/showp...1&postcount=19

I will use this camera and double sided sticky tape. And will feed the wires on the side the electronic trunk release button. Seems like the least invasive and most invisible that I can think of. Then i will wire the cords to the a GPS.

More to come, when I get my camera.
