At first I didn't think I'd care either lol. My last car had navigation and I never used it (or did I?). That was my reasoning for being ok sans navigation but it wasn't until after that I realized how much I did really use it.....maybe not for directions, but for looking at nearby street names to find out where I was or if I was close.

When I get the money I will be getting the fly audio unit

Not if you have an iVIC unit installed on your stock navi

I love my flyaudio/alibaba Nav unit. Sometimes the GPS takes a little bit to get going before it finds your position but it works and works well! Paid just shy of 600 for it and worth every penny!. And that dude Metaleckz just share the crazy nice screen update for it. I put it on my car and its no going back

Shoulda got navigation :(-c3fnn5p.jpg

I bought a IS350 and didn't get the navigation in it. I plan on buying the Flyaudio system from Amazon soon. Cant wait to get it.

The navigation itself sucks. But its a good then to get 1. because of the back-up camera and 2. because navi unit looks better than non-navi unit

The main reason I plan on getting the Flyaudio is the bluetooth for my phone and streaming music. Plus like you said it looks better than non-navi.

People keep telling me an IS without nav looks like a Hyundai control panel, it's not that bad is it? It's a 2005 after all.

I have an IS without nav and I can honestly say its so plain. I am sure a few others will agree on here.
