I searched for this but couldn't find an answer. When I'm driving and use the voice recognition to let's say find the nearest dining using the POI "near here" option, it only shows three items! Usually, 3 isn't enough if you have like 10 fast food joints near you.

Is there a setting or voice command to make it show more than three or the next three POIs?

 

No one? Or perhaps there's a problem with my particular system? I find it hard to believe that most folks would be happy with only 3 results when driving on a highway and they search for the nearest fast food.

 

Voice recognition??? Bah-hahaha!! I can't believe you got it to even understand what you said. If I slam on the horn and accidentally hit the voice button while cursing at another driver, it shows me restaurants or museums or something like that.

I just manually add restaurant poi's so they are always visible.

What do you mean by "manually add restaurant POIs"? Do you mean enable the icons?

 

I just say "I'm hungry" and a lot of icons show up. Also by saying "Fast food" a number of icons show. McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Belll, KFC and a few others that are local to us here in So. Calif. Somehow my Nav really does understand me. It's a MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

There's a button to add POIs. You can add by category: restaurants, parking lots, coffee shops, gas stations, police stations, Lexus Dealers etc, etc.You can choose 5 or 6 categories max.
