Default Will 1/4" spacer work?

Buying a set of TSW Sochi in 18's. I have a 350 and the front wheel size will be 18x8 + 35 offset. I was told they will not clear front brakes and was wondering if a 1/4 " spacer will fix this. Don't really want to use spacers but I may have to. Any recommendations on a good quality spacer? I attached a picture of the wheel.

Isn't the stock size up front with 18's 18x8 + 45? Why wouldn't they clear the brakes?

These will clear front brakes! I called TSW and they verified they will fit.
